I have been getting this message for a number of qBittorrent versions and I dont know how to correct it. However, there are Safari Extensions you can install that can handle a magnet: URL and direct it to an appropriate bittorrent client app. Whenever I add a magnet link I get a warning message stating that the link is already being processed.
